Week Thirteen: NO CLASS!


Eat pie!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk in a bowl until smooth:
1 can of cooked pumpkin (15 ounce size)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce size)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of clove
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
(all the spices should be the ground versions)

Pour the mixture into your amazing pie crust.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
Turn down the heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake for 40 more minutes.
Cool. Slice. Eat (maybe with Cool Whip or whipped cream)!
